COM started an hour earlier?
Just noticed that...does it mean it will end an hour earlier too?

Sounds like a DST issue- the timer probably runs against UTC.

Yep thanks to DST.
CoM always starts and ends the same time worldwide. It is countries that practise Daylight Savings Time who change the clock, not EA...... So, for those nations, CoM starts and ends an hour "earlier" in the Fall; and starts and ends an hour "later" in the Spring.
