ADHD and money/credit score
Hello
New to the group, but diagnosed ADHD.
Im 29, over the last few months, I’ve had a really hard time, family bereavement, relationship breakdown, had to move back home, physical health issues, work issues, it’s been a difficult few months to manage, as anyone would, but I’m sure I don’t need to say it’s harder with ADHD.
My impulsivity at this time has been through at this time to cope with it, and have been spending more on my credit card. I’m not in major amounts of debt, but I’ve been making monthly payments, however, after a recent job loss, I missed a payment, I made it, I was just late, and now it’s on my credit score. It wasn’t done intentionally, just another thing to do I felt overwhelmed with.
Is there any support out there for people financially with ADHD? This is going on my credit rating and now will affect my score, am I alone in this? Why the world feel like it’s not understanding

Who was it with?
I had missed payments with Klarna & Amex. A nice email to Klarna and they removed the missed payment from my file. Didn't have the same success with Amex
It is worth a try

Mines AMEX, I have disputed it, with tradeunion, I may try again directly with AMEX
