Heater off for 2 days.
My heater in my 4ft has been off for two days, temp is 20 degrees c with oscar, parrot and chocolate. Heater is back on and working but the fish are sluggish. Any tips to heat quicker but not stress fish ?

I accidentally unplugged my heater and didn't realize for 3 days. Fish were fine but stopped eating which drew my attention to it. I wouldn't stress. The heater will gradually warm the water so they won't be shocked.

Thank you. I panicked because my oscar didn't greet me when he normally always does. They are sluggish but had a few bits to eat, just gonna keep an eye on them. Appreciate the response, has calmed me down a bit!

Water temp risen by 3 or so degrees, most swimming around now. Thanks again for the reassurance.
