Danelectro Longhorn issue

The pickups on my longhorn (reissue) keep creeping up after a while, so the strings hit them if i play up high. I turn the screws on the back of the bass to pull them down, but after a while they loosen and rise up again. Solutions?

A very small dab of blue loctite (NOT RED) to keep the screws from vibrating loose.
