Can they increase rocket launcher damage against infantry by x100000 ?

This is complete shit, when you hit with a rocket launcher and no one dies inside of tiny building.
Like in order to kill infantry will RL , you need to hit completely in their face.
Its probably easier to kill someone with a pistol than RL.
