1 Star Club
Well I have finally joined the 1 Star Club.
Seller bought a pack of STL files for TTRPG terrain and within a few hours has raised 2 separate messages (1 asking for refund) along with leaving a 1 star review before i could even reply. (All happened while I was asleep).
Plenty of 5 star reviews for the same product, so not going to get down about it. Just annoyed they didnt allow time for me to assist them before leaving the review.
Mild whinge over.
EDIT - I had replied back to the clients messages with some advice. They have since responded back and apologized for the 1 star review and have upped it to 4 stars. Apparently they have run into a few stores in the past with bad files and no client support, and thought this was the same happening again.

The first message was them asking for advice, then an hour later was the I Want A Refund message.
They purchased between 1-2am my time, 1st msg at 3am, and refund at 4am roughly
