Has anyone else had luck with Ubisoft support?

I’ve used their support site and submitted both found bugs and crashes. Instead of acknowledging that the game is at fault, first it was make sure you have all updates, delete and reinstall... (I told them I was on switch and using physical cart, and that support had already had me delete and reinstall the update data for an issue with the season pass not showing as purchased), then they tried to say that the crashing was because my switch was too hot. First I’ve had repeat crashes from cold boot, including from trying to put it in standby with the game running, and when it has crashed mid game, my fan isn’t running at high rpm which would point to it being overheated. (I’ve had that happen but with a different game, and I can repeat it). Now for some reason their trying to say it’s due to “connection” issues or “dns errors”. I can kill my WiFi and play it offline completely, and still have crashes.
Is it just me or do their support techs just lack intelligence?

Yeah, they just closed my chat log after I communicated the problem. They then sent me 3 separate support tickets that included our convo, but only the first was accurate. The second and third both had a bunch of added messaging that made it look like I had stopped talking and they were trying to get me to reengage and then closed the chat log after I didn't respond. But i saw them close the log (phone was in my hand) and none of that happened. Totally bizarre and frustrating.

ETA: After I connected to Ubisoft Connect, the game wouldn't even load. It just kept giving me an error message and then closed the software. It eventually worked so I'm glad I didn't have to get into it with them. The game has glitches and that's not on us. They need to fix it instead of blaming it on "connectivity" issues.

I had similar issues when I reported a crash with hungry shark world on switch. I can load the game and get it to crash with 100% accuracy. Just by playing the game, not doing anything that would otherwise potentially cause a crash. They tried time and again to say it wasn’t an issue, even after I linked multiple Reddit posts detailing the exact same crash. The last message I got was a “we’ll look into it”. Still no update to fix it either.
It used to be just Bethesda that refused to fix bugs, now it seems that other devs are following the same ideology.
