DLC Before or After Final Boss?

narratively, to me, doing the dlc after the final boss makes more sense than doing it before

The enemies in DLC are way stronger than base game so I would suggest do it after clearing it

My first playthrough I started the dlc around lvl 80 as soon as it was available. It's not that bad

DLC in NG+ is the route I went. Feels perfect.

Probably after the final boss. I went to the DLC before entering Arche Abbey, and I needed to grind a few levels before I felt confident taking on Tyrannical Predator and Markiona.

I’m sure not everyone had that experience, but if you’re playing with a friend, it would be a smoother experience to go straight to the DLC after Nameless with no worries.

I did the DLC after Laxasia. Just got right up to the Simon Manus fight and then went through the DLC, was around level 80. Played the entire DLC and came back to finish Simon and the Puppet. The end.

Dlc have a lot related to the end of the original game. So NP then dlc for sure for the 1st timers.

if you do it before you'll spoil the ending of the base game. if you do it before, vice versa

I did the dlc before, right a the moment I could do it and i'm glad I did ! Without spoiling too much, when you complete it before doing the last zone, you have many référence to it but I'll let you discover the surprises ! It was haaard but the weapons you get in it are worth it, i completely switch my build for one of them

Game ends after final boss, there's no postgame wandering or anything, so the only time TO do the DLC is pre-final boss.

EDIT: I have been informed that I am most definitely incorrect on this count. My bad everybody, been a while since I played and I completely memory-holed the boss-rush and all the other stuff!
