The guru
Just dawned on me after an embarrassingly long time (because I have Major League 2 on in the background) - is the visit to the guru screwing up one of your stars a Buddhist Pedro Cerrano reference?

The way I understand it is that the Guru is supposed to represent a player running into Drugs and/or legal trouble but since the MLB would never approve of such a storyline being in a game they licensed we get the guru instead.
