Help? Need Continuum Onyx gear inches at highest and lowest shifter settings.
I recently had my shifter cable break and that required replacing the cables and, according to the shop anyway, the shifter. Since getting the bicycle back, both times, it feels considerably slower and with higher torque along the range, which also feels more limited from minimum to maximum.
Would someone with a newer/stock version of one of these bikes be willing to put theirs on a stand and measure the gear inches -- or radians/degrees, as that's what I measured on mine -- in the highest and lowest shifter settings? I would like to know what I should be targeting. In my case I measured the number of times the rear wheel turned in degrees/radians for one complete rotation of the pedals.

If you can’t find anyone check gear-calculator.com. The calculator supports Enviolo hubs and can be configured to output in gear inches.

Thanks, that's helpful. Looking at that, I think the Continuum has what's called an Enviolo Trecking on that page, as it's one that shows a 380% difference, which is what Priority advertises. Putting that in meters of development I see that it should range from 2.34m to 8.88m. Converted to rotations of the wheel given the 2215 mm circumference, that should be about 1.05 and 4.0 rotations, respectively. 1.05 is about what I get on the lowest shifter setting but on the highest I'm only seeing about 2.0. Something is definitely awry.
If you would check, does that math and those results sound correct about right?

That math looks correct and your measurements on the low end align with where the calculator is saying they should be. The measured top end is half what it should be though according to the same projections so yes, something must be out of adjustment.
