what if those who claim they don’t have gender dysphoria and only gender euphoria get euphoria because they were gender dysphoric the whole time but didn’t realise it until they started getting more comfortable with socially presenting and medically transitioning as the opposite sex.

Gender dysphoria is not covert. Euphoria does not have to exist without dysphoria. Ordinary people can be euphoric about a lot of things. Having wants met can itself be euphoric. We don’t need to create reasons why people who are not transsexual might actually be transsexual.
