Welcome to America, where the legal system is stuck on Opposite Day 🖕🏼

Yeah, this would have been helpful if I received it before the due date, but while that date is 5/31/23, today is 6/1/23. I checked my mail yesterday. Fuck “smart money” aka legal scamming on American soil… but yeah, “protect” us from crypto. Fuck the government for letting shit like this happen

I would Write to the Court of Chancery and let them know the date the postcard came in the mail, and how it was too late to write a letter of Support or Objection to the Settlement.

The Court does ask for a $2 per page filing fee. Make checks payable to: Register in Chancery."

The Vice Chancellor (Judge) does request a copy of broker statement to prove shareholdership with any letters sent, but, I would just send a copy of the front of the postcard with my address redacted (for security reasons, because it will go into the Court Docket----public accessable). The postcard contains a serial number which is tied to your name, AMC shares, brokerage.

Address: Register in Chancery, Leonard L. Williams Courthouse, 500 N. King Street, Wilmington, DE. 19801

Questions? Call Register in Chancery: (302) 255-0544

As a shareholder, it's your responsibility to stay informed about your investment.

It's important to note that the company has fulfilled its obligation to provide necessary information by filing all relevant details with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which are readily available to the public on their website, sec.gov:

https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/1411579/000110465923057212/tm2314951d1_8k.htm

The postcard serves as a courtesy reminder, but its delay should not hinder your ability to stay informed about your investment.

Nice ChatGPT response, pal. 🥱

Yeah, no. The postcard was court-ordered to be sent to all shareholders. The Vice Chancellor is smart enough to know not all shareholders check/watch the SEC website.

The whole point was they had to mail those out so everyone would know, that was the reason the judge made them. When you get them to late it’s absolutely pointless
