Refusing to eat

I've had my BP for a little under a year, and she's never refused her weekly meal since I've had her. She just refused for the first time just now. Her husbandry is good, good Temps and humidity. I'm just wondering if I should be worried considering this is the first time she's ever refused for me

No cause to be worried. BPs are notoriously picky eaters. Sometimes they'll fast for a while (usually in the winter months) anyway. Mine won't eat if I try to feed more than once every 12-14 days. Just outright refuses the food (though, he's a bit older). He's even refused to eat for a couple months before. No harm done.

Don't try to feed again tomorrow. Wait another 5-7 days before trying again. She'll eat when she's hungry if the husbandry is good.

Late reply, sorry! u/Bossman1086 is correct. Ball pythons refusing food is no cause for concern, especially if they maintain a relatively healthy weight. My guy just went 5 weeks without eating, but he's back on track and we're all good 😊

Try yours again next week, see how you go.
