Notices on top of feed re-appear after I close them reload the page or open reddit in a new tab.

I've had issue with r/Coronavirus sub notice yesterday, now it's "Help redditors get local info" notice. While clearing cookies helped yesterday, doing so today doesn't help with the notice.

I'm on Win 10 1090 (up to date), running Firefox 76.0.1 64 bit, but I get the same issue in Chrome.
