Outfit Unlocks From Zone Levels

Does anyone know what the three outfit unlocks are from getting the Zone levels up?

Specifically (EDIT: all unlocks now accounted for):
* Downtown Level 11 - Standard Issue Sunglasses (thanks [u/Tellmeabouthebow](u/Tellmeabouthebow))
* Unknown Level 13 - Bowl Cut
* Central Level 15 - Buzzcut (thanks u/AD-27)

I’ve looked and can’t find any mention of them yet. Most of the lists of outfits I’ve seen have been nowhere near complete.

To narrow it down, I only have 3 accessories and 2 hairstyles still to unlock, so they must fall into those categories.

Downtown unlocks a pair of sunglasses with 3 colour options. Haven't gotten the others to the right level yet but if nobody else gets back to you first I'll come back and update with those too. Should get to them today unless I get burnt out

Provided pics of all 3 colour options too, which is why the response took 20 minutes because I forgot how asinine trying to do that on reddit these days is lmao

I've found they complete a "Dylan if he was a total scumbag" look quite nicely

Do any of those base layers, aside from the PS5 preorder, have gloves? I think the MIO jacket looks so cool with gloves, but I haven't found anything - playing on PC

Not sure TBH. After I got the platinum I went back to see what I was missing, and it was only then that I saw that all of the game guides sucked when it came to even listing all of the outfits, let alone telling you how to get them.

No idea. I pre-ordered the digital deluxe on PS5, platinumed the game, bought cosmetics from every vendor that sold them, and got a top 3 leaderboard place on all arcade games. One of those did the trick.

The only thing I haven’t done is get the zone level outfit unlocks.

I’ve completed welcome to manhattan but I never got the Threshold Bureau Gas Mask. This is like my #1 most wanted item and I feel like I’m unlocking no cosmetics?? I’m on PC and only have 4 items unlocked. And I’m about 50% through the game. Is my game glitched?

I have been to all of the zone vendors but haven't gotten top 3 in any of the arcades yet. From what I see online, the Threshold Bureau Gas Mask Accessory is unlocked early in the game, during the Welcome to Manhattan Main Quest.

The Third Ice Baseball Cap is an NVIDIA promo reward (there’s a link to it in one of the other comments), and the Cracked Standard Issue Sunglasses seem to be a reward for beta testers.

They require you to own a GTX 10 series or higher, among other things, so no.
