How to get flutter development over vs code ssh extention

I was wondering if i could run all my flutter dev tools and ide (vs code in this case) in a remote desktop and use tailscale for ssh with my laptop.

I also use a physical phone for testing the application. I wonder if i could connect my phone directory to my laptop that would use vs code remote ssh extension.

Is there any tool or additional things that I would need, or is this setup maybe not possible?
