How is co-op on Switch lite?

It sounds like it would be a bit awkward. I'm debating if it's worth it buying a pro controller to play with my kid or if it would just be a frustrating exercise.

I assume one person person plays on the device and one on a pro controller. How's split screen on that small device?

On regular Switch it's tolerable. On Switch Lite you'll get more irritated than anything, purely because of how small it is and the fact that someone needs to use the console. You'd be much better off not bothering with it to be honest

Impossible. Hard to see the map on a 50 inch tv. Don't want to imagine it on a Switch Lite.
