Hi! I am a shopper and I am curious what the customer sees about the shoppers. We can see how many orders you have placed, can you see how many orders I have taken? Also, can you see what our ratings are?

The customer also sees your location, like when you are waiting for an uber, they see your dot on the map. I was just informed of this from a customer yesterday upon delivery. He told me he saw me take a wrong turn and turn around. I had an oh shit moment as there were a couple times where I f*cked off doing non IC things during delivery, saying I was " stopping for gas ". The map obviously showed them I was , in fact, not getting gas. Or I'm sure they have noticed my dot on the map FLYING down back roads, I have a lead foot. 😉
I had a customer figure out I was in the wrong apt complex, they had the same name, but two sections, I did appreciate her watching and helping me out of the maze haha
They can only see the dot once you swipe to deliver at least, so they can’t see what you do before you start shopping
We see absolutely nothing other than the photo and name you've uploaded. There's not even a simple, "Hey, this is me." Also, we have zero choice about who picks up the order. So, there's that. On the other hand, I've had excellent experiences and I'm so grateful. I've had only two big problems and a few tiny ones, which were nothing to give fewer stars for. I appreciate the shoppers.
I'm a shopper and a customer, all that is shown is your name and picture. Can't see ratings, or how new you are/are not.
This is wrong. You can see the month and year they signed up under the “change tip”. It shows a larger picture and says joined May 2020 for example.

Gotcha, but that would be after we've delivered? Or can you change the tip before delivered? I thought about placing an order to see how it works on the customers end, but I just can't justify it
I've never changed a tip so hadn't come across that, now I know!
That’s how the system works. Prior customers who gave you a 5 star get offered to you first. Perhaps only a few seconds earlier but earlier.
