curious if anyone is tracking this and how long / frequent you are dosing
had an echo that was clear about 6 months ago, but reading now that process of valve issues can be non-linear.
wondering if anyone else is tracking?

I’ve been MDing 3.5 years. I’m over 60. Recently have several issues including mild to moderate mitral valve leakage. I too wondered if it was from micro dosing. But there’s really no way to tell. So I’m waiting for further tests to see if it’s changing. Also have a small aneurysm. And a cyst on my heart. My cardiologist doesn’t have any solid idea what causes any of these things. And they’re not really treatable until they get worse. But hell, I have a history of smoking, doing a good amount of speed when I was younger - now I wonder about melatonin use and even erythritol. Oh, and 22 years since getting worse now a virus, which presumably did some neurological damage.
Question for you: what do you mean by “valve issues can be non-linear”?
I’m about 2.5 years in. No issues. I’m 54. Take breaks.
