Mte90/opencode-auto-resume: OpenCode stops working if a model goes in timeout or there are errors, this plugin fixes those issues

I was tired of all this stops because OpenCode is not working well (I documented various open issues) so I tried to do a plugin workaround.

It isn't perfect because the plugin API is not perfect and also detect all the edge cases requires to use it :-)
