Not so long ago I've seen financial institution moving their codebase for some financial models from Java to Typescript on the backend.
Granted, as a large institution they did put dedicated support team in place to organize developer experience and work on dedicated tooling to let TS devs work with least effort on large TS code bases.
(I'm not sure how much dev ops was involved. Article didn't cover that part of company)
Apparently it can be done and to a good effect. I suspect that either those models could afford JS weaker floating point arithmetic's or they had their own numerical libraries developed internally (Java by default have better but also compute heavy floating points arithmetic's - be warned when people do naive benchmarks for compute, results aren't identical)
Its actually nice to finally see someone who HAS used newer versions of PHP saying good things about it, rather then these oldfags or hype-train plebs shitting on PHP because of an article they read 10 year ago.
Answer: the one that you know (and pays the bills)

I know all three, and all three could "pay the bills".
PHP is an easy choice for me. Not perfect, but easily better than the other two.

But also: the right tool for the right job.
As the potential employee: whatever might be in demand.
As a potential employer: whatever you believe will serve your business interests the best.
