Acne or irritation bump?

I have this red bump right beside my bridge and would like some opinions on whether its an irritation bump or acne. I'm dealing with a fair amount of acne right now, and I've been avoiding using my acne treatment on the area because the piercing is just over 3 weeks old and I want to avoid irritating it.

Info: 3 weeks old, straight titanium barbell, downsized last tuesday, using saline spray and rinsing in the shower, no unfortunate events.
