Stylist recommendation in East End (but maybe anywhere if you highly recommend)

Hi Everyone, I (44M - short haired) have been dying my hair single bright colors for sometime, but I only have the skill to do a single color at a time.

Can anyone recommend a stylist that is good at many colors on short hair?

I'm in the East End, so that would be ideal, but could feasibly go anywhere if it was worth the trip.
