Niantic, one month per legendary is too long.

Look, I get it, you want to squeeze as much money out of each legendary as possible. However, this is not how it works - at least where I live.

After the first few days or week most of everyone active in my area has one, and thats plenty enough for them. They are not like the small handful of hardcore players going for 100% IVers, it's enough for them and they go inactive until the next new legendary comes out. And that's completly fine with me. However, it is a bit of a sad thing when a chatgroup of about 120 members only 10-15 are active in said chat and fewer still turns up to raids after those first few vital days. It would not be off the wall to assume 1 legendary alone gets boring after a while. And that's a shame, meeting up with a bunch of people to raid has been a blast for me. Not everybody were extroverts and spoke if they felt like it, but some warmed up after a while and a few of them became my friends.

Legendary pokemon transitioning to PoGo tends to -putting it bluntly- get shafted. Its simplified, boiling it all down to their bulk and offensive power. If the legendary has both of these attributes it's all good, but right now we are in the middle of the distribution of one of the arguably worst trios in the series. The only thing they got going for them are a bit of defence, but we can't even put that to use by depositing them in a gym.

Remember when all the legendary birds were first introduced several at a time? I spent many of those days downtown, and damn was that epic. You could walk between the raids and there'd be people at every single one. Now that was gen1, so that may have had some effect, but it was diverse and fun in my experience. Did people really buy less raid passes then than they do now? Personally I find that hard to believe, I know I spent a lot of money back then.

How's the situation at your end trainers? Would love to hear what others have to say.

TLDR - Niantic please introduce at least 1 more legendary alongside the current one in the spotlight to make things more interesting again.

EDIT - I am referring to legendaries being introduced for the first time, not legendaries as a whole.

I would not mind if it would be a pool of bosses and each month a new one would get added to the pool.

While i also feel like 2-3 weeks per Regi would be okay, i‘m really opposed to more than one raid boss at a time. First of all, one of them is better most of the time. That means that raids organized in group chats might suddenly not happen because the wrong boss came out of the egg. I had that happen multiple times, and its really frustrating in rural areas where you usually have to calculate in 10-15 minutes of travel time. Then, players start to get angry and vent about the situation in said chat, and people start to not reply to raid invites at all before the egg opens, making organizing them in time even harder.

one month is perfect 30 chances to catch it if you’re able to do one a day.

One a month is more than plenty

It's definitely too long for legendaries that aren't new.

No it's not cause not everyone plays every day like you do. Some people only play the game once a month and so for them is there.
