For those games with anticheat\online this is the best method. Tried it with MK1 the image quality is incredible with FSR4, but noticed some white flickering issues with some effects unfortunately.

I have this on cp2077 but when u disable sun ray trace white flickering disappear

They are signed dlls from AMD.

its the safest option to integrate fsr4 into games without fsr4 support; doesn't mean its absolutely safe, just the safest.
There's also optiscalar which is more versatile and easy to use.

It's definitely significantly harder to use than dlss swapper but it's still fine if you're okay with experimenting
