New version of sqlx-oldapi, featuring encrypted SQL server connections

I just released sqlx-oldapi v0.6.28. As a reminder, sqlx-oldapi is a fork of the sqlx database driver library v0.6 (the last version to support Microsoft SQL server). Since today, it supports TLS encrypted connections to SQL server, which was the latest big feature missing from the mssql driver. So rust now has a generic library to securely connect to any SQLite, MySQL, Postgres or SQL server database over the same interface.

I maintain this library as a part of the wider SQLPage project, a tool to rapidly turn SQL queries into live web applications.
