Pierogies fried in a pan in the manner of pot stickers with black pepper and red pepper hummus. Not sure if it's truly shitty but I'm pretty pickled and it was very tasty so it probably doesn't work under normal circumstances.

What do you have in the filling? I’ve gotten drunk and done potato and cheese filled ones fried with some kimichi, and it was fantastic.

Yes, the way you cook pot stickers. You put a bit of water in the pan and put a lid on it. You then steam them. Once the water is gone you try to give them a bit of crisp but they were getting overcooked.
