Why does Forstman hold a grudge against Harvey?
I seem to have forgotten what Harvey exactly did to be so disliked by Forstman.

didn't someone also say that the car was just what most people believed to be the beef but that harvey screwed forstman over being the real hidden thing, and I get the feeling that whatever happened between harvey and forstman was also a bit illegal considering harvey's conversation with him in episode 9

Ya I think it was an Astin Martin, but harvey offered it back to frostman and he refused so it must be something deeper

Harvey made a statement to Mike about this feud being over more than a car. He also did a dirty deal with Forstman in the past.

Yeah based on the teaser videos posted earlier today, Harvey did something similar with Forstman that Luis did with Forstman.

I think it's something to do with either a case he worked back at the DA or at Pearson Hardman. Because remember he warned Mike about Forstman back when he had no choices, he said he had made the same mistake when he had his back against the wall and had no other choices. And it probably did not help that Harvey picked a subtle fight against Forstman by stealing the car, so like Louis said Investment Bankers care about revenge more than they do money.
