Quality Management Systems

Our organization is beginning the process to choose a Quality Management System. We are ISO 9001. Wanted to see what other organizations out there are using to manage training, CAPA and Change Mgmt

What is your budget? How many users?
Not all QMS packages handle training records. That is more the province of an LMS (Learning Management System).
Change Management may or may not fall into the QMS bucket. If you have an ITIL focused solution for IT already (e.g. ServiceNow) then adopting it for all change management makes sense rather than bundling it into a QMS for the non-IT portions of the business. From a strategic standpoint that means fewer servers and vendors to manage if you want a way to sell that.

LMS: Cornerstone (but I hate it. Poor integration API)
