I think some design elements don't fit. Your font is very brutalist and bold, but your 'arrow down' icon is simple and narrow.
Your cases need some more insight. What were the effects for the client? Visually it's strange that the colored section is followed by a white background section which is also part of the same case. Group them together in the same section. The 'arrow down' icon is not needed there.
The images in 'our work' should link to the specific case.
The type of case (brand identity, integrated marketing) looks like a button.
What are you selling? What can potential clients do if they're interested? There really is no pitch for them to contact you.
All by all a good effort. But your style needs some coherence and your structure needs some work.
pretty confusing brutally, honestly.
Think it's a case where it's just overdone. Overdesigned.
Doing something different and doing it well is hard.

1) First impression takes 0.05seconds. There is no focus. No aesthetic beauty. No typography that feels good.
2) And within first 3-5 seconds its not clear what is it.
modern sports & entertainment company created to help drive rugby’s next chapter in the USA
- could say. Advertising agency for rugby teams. Now it feels like some kind of NFL for rugby.
Actually after a long time I understood that you basically do branding and advertising for rugby teams.
3) Grid is pretty much non existent. If you go with such big bold style you need to build some kind of a system still.
Eg. If you want to showcase case studies of past projects.
First make it clear that its past project. Now everything kind of blends in.
Second. Choose your own brand colors that stay in the background. And then you could do each case study in a palette used.
You could start with clear short message. Do a showreel.
Clearly show case studies.
End up with CTA or contact info.
Now those footer links etc are kind of useless.
Man, the hero is such a bummer and sets the tone in a way you don't want. A visitor should know who you are, what your value proposition is and how to navigate your site right away, and I come away with none of that. Just because you know what you do doesn't mean I do, so show me!
So my advice would be:
- Give the home page an actual hero selling yourself (that rugby animation canvas you have would look killer up in the hero) and fix whatever is causing the hero animation to be choppy
- Make pages for work and contact so you don't feel like you have to smush everything into one page and can let the content breathe a little
- Consider coming up with a more deliberate, cohesive animation plan on scroll, because having certain elements animate while others remain static always feels unpolished to me
5/10
the header font is ugly
there is no real color scheme making the over all look very unattractive
The "F" logo on the top right...i couldnt even tell what it was until i looked at your linkedin
'ugly' and 'unattractice' are very personal opinions.
The aesthetics are on point. The only problem is that it’s laggy af.
