File System Web Interface Help

I'm working on building a simple web interface for my custom built NAS. I just want a simple way to upload and organize files on the NAS file system. I'm looking for an interface like dropbox or similar. Any good frameworks for a file explorer? I figure I can throw something together with php and jquery but there's probably something better already out there.
