finally, someone that Dft can hire to run his campaign in the U.S.
Just delicious.
So what you are saying is that the breakup of the EU is basically due to the failures of socialized medicine?
No. What? How did you even come to that conclusion?
I'll break it down.
The conservative government are making a push to privatise the NHS. Part of this process is starving the NHS of funding causing it to underperform. The NHS in its current state is functional, but the concern is that it won't always be that way.
Nigel Farage, and the leave campaign advertised the possibility of putting some of the EU funding into the NHS instead (prior to actually leaving). The day of results, Nigel states during an interview that actually, this £350m sum can't be used to further fund the NHS. In conclusion, some people may have voted to leave under the impression they could improve the NHS or fears that it will one day be privatised.
Social health care works incredibly well in the UK. Unfortunately for the public, that's a problem for the people in power.
I got the impression he meant not ALL of the £350 mil could be used? I watched the news when it was on and it felt to me a little like a loaded question.
Q: you said all of the £350 mil will be spent on the NHS
A: Nope
You lying bastard
Q: you said all of the £350 mil will be spent on the NHS
A: Yep
Then how are you going to fix all the other problems you lying bastard.
Well, it's not something he'd condone for advertising, right?
