You commented this on my post when it wouldve been better making a post in the actual sub reddit but I can answer your question, for the healing stuff you can get from spinning pokestops but its mostly the worse ones and you dont even get that much, I have been doing alot of routes recently for the platinum medal for doing routes and get quite a few from that but I think the main way is just doing raids, I get alot and need to get rid of heals because my bag is full but I also spend quite abit of money on the game for raid passes lol, the best way to get coins is to put pokemon in gyms in places that people play but not to much that you cant put pokemon in gyms, ive heard that happens alot in places like nyc that are popular, I do it in the gyms near I live because its not popular and I know people who dont spoof play here so I usually get my daily 50 coins, lastly Ive seen alot of people saying to use alot of different spoofers but I think the main ones are pgsharp which is best for android and ipogo which is best for ios because thats just what the work best on and they both have pros and cons so then you do need to delete all niantic apps you have on your phone, Google pgsharp spoofer or ipogo spoofer, it should come up, and then download it and it is pretty easy from there
