I always say the great thing about Google is anyone could get indexed and be found on Google. The bad thing about Google is anyone can get indexed and be found on Google. The same thing applies to AI since AI gets its answers from Google. Since Google is so proliferated with SEO myths, a new person would not be able to tell whether or not they're learning something correctly or something that will hurt their client or themselves.

And how do you want people to learn SEO? Take a course, LOL? Learn only by doing? So the new SEO person ends up repeating the same mistakes over and over again.

Many years ago when I started my first full-time business as an in-home computer tutor and troubleshooter, I met a man at a network meeting who was also starting his computer business. He was better with computers than I was (at that time, LOL), but I was better at sales. My business began picking up right away while his stagnated.

That's a great idea. I see so many made up terms gaining speed because wannabe SEO people won't take time to learn professional terminology. Gives the whole field a bad name.
