I dont want to see the evidence, I want to see the arrests. Even if the accused is innocent I know they can still make an arrest and post it online. We've all seen that before. Yet all I'm seeing is fingers pointing....

What works for me is making yourself focus on something, in my case it's work. It started with convincing myself there was no choice I had to work, had to work harder. Kept telling myself I want a career when most days I didnt want to wake up. Now I have that career and I tell myself I need to save more money for retirement. Vague goals but something to burn in my mind. Learn to recognize the sad feelings and how to distract yourself. Hit me up if you want my snap.
