That wear spot in the middle where the tire contacts the road will begin to start showing real wear when it's time to replace them. I run mine almost bald, about 1/16" tread depth before I replace them. This tire looks like it's got another 3-5k left in it, honestly.

Depending on the weather conditions in your area, I wouldn't start worrying until they start looking like they're balding
