Hmm you should be getting 100Mb+ via VDSL2, that's how eircom/vodafone/magnet does it for any "fibre-optic" connections. It's fibre optic up to cabinet in the estate, and copper line to the actual houses apartments etc. The limit for VDSL is around 100m.
