Okay the map is actually very smooth for a canvas 2d island, scrolling through dynastys zooming in and out everything feels snappy. The font loading trick to fix the cls is clever, sometimes i forget how much difference a good preload makes in static sites

1600+ pages from json is a lot of build output, your pipeline must be doing some heavy lifting importing from wikipedia like that

could be Megan Thee Stallion, she had few songs blowing up on shorts around that time. Savage maybe? or Freak Nasty but that one's older

also check Doja Cat, Boss Bitch was everywhere on shorts and she has that growl/animal thing in some songs

what kind of beat was it, more trap or pop?

the whole system is basically a mystery wrapped in paperwork, you're not alone in being confused. try calling ambetter and just straight up ask if they cover glp-1 for weight loss, sometimes it's covered only for diabetes so worth checking

ProgressProper7681

Lmao this is too accurate for the commanders season

ProgressProper7681

Happy to give it a spin. UI feels quite smooth so far, only thing I noticed is the calendar widget jumps a bit when switching months in mobile. What stack are you using for this?

i get it, that feeling of your clothes being like a uniform you never chose but you're stuck in it anyway. the grandad thing would've gutted me too, even though he meant well it just shines a spotlight on what you're already self-conscious about

baggy can absolutely look feminine, it's more about the fabrics and little details. maybe start with one softer piece, like a knit sweater that's oversized but in a warm colour, or wide-leg trousers in a flowy material instead of stiff cargos. you can keep the silhouette you're comfortable in while slowly introducing things that feel less like hiding

for the exposed feeling, layering helps a lot. a long cardigan or open button-up over a top gives you that same security but looks more intentional. you don't have to jump straight to leggings, there's a whole middle ground between bodycon and tent

thrift stores are your best friend for experimenting without dropping much cash. grab a few things that look interesting even if you're not sure, try them at home where nobody's watching, see what feels okay. it's a process, not a switch you flip

d on some plastics, can come out too bright or almost neon if you not careful. I did like a burnt orange cape once and it went full traffic cone on me, had to dip again in brown to tone it down

For Beta Ray Bill you probably want something more muted anyway, maybe mix a little tan or camel color in the bath. Test on a scrap piece first if you got one

Never tried it on that Thor body but the AC plastic takes dye pretty well from what I seen

I shuffle between rearranging my bookshelf by color, staring at ceiling with music on, and sketching random faces from old postcards I collected

The 20-25 day holding period is what makes me hesitate, capital gets locked for a month and buyback acceptance ratio might be low if lots of retail jumps in. That 12.68% gap looks nice on paper but after taxes and the risk of non acceptance, actual return gets thinner

I usually skip these small buybacks unless the acceptance ratio math works out really well. Anyone know what the typical retail acceptance has been for logistics companies buybacks in past?

The toggle_task function uses path + line number to identify tasks, so identical lines won't get mixed up as long as they're on different lines

ProgressProper7681

claude code runs through terminal so you could keep it going on a cheap vps or old pc at home, just ssh in from your phone when you need to trigger something. the mobile app is nice for quick checks but if you want actual remote execution that's the way to go

set up tailscale so you can reach it from anywhere without exposing ports

ProgressProper7681

love how you framed this as an extensible engine rather than just another expression parser. the bit about domain types and macros feeling natural in rust is where most embeddings fall apart so v0.15 sounds like it actually gets that right

ProgressProper7681

the first time i saw that i was sure my laptop is broken or something, spent like 20 mins restarting python

Once the market is nearly continuous, midnight becomes an arbitrary accounting boundary rather than an economically meaningful session break. I would make session segmentation an explicit model parameter and test cash hours, overnight and full cycle definitions separately because liquidity and participant mix are different. I trade some extended hours moves on Moon and that alone makes the old definition of one trading day feel increasingly artificial.

ProgressProper7681

the idea of a reviewer that knows context instead of just pattern matching sounds like it would save so much back and forth in PRs

ProgressProper7681

This is exactly what I wanted from the interactive mode, seeing the changes side by side saves so much mental energy. Before this I was just blindly accepting edits and hoping nothing broke

The line selection thing seems clever too, attaching specific parts to prompts could make the whole flow feel less messy

ProgressProper7681

Odin Project is good but you're getting stuck in the reading loop, I did same thing

What helped me was to read just enough to understand the basic idea then immediately open the exercises, don't wait until you feel ready. the documentation makes more sense after you've struggled with a problem for 20 minutes

for arrays and loops try making small silly programs, like a thing that counts how many times your name appears in a list or something. your brain remembers patterns from doing not from highlighting text

ProgressProper7681

it grabs the current news fine one minute then acts like it never happened the next, seen that happen with few other stories too. something about the way they update the filters makes older chatters just vanish from memory

maybe the tweet was still in its training window yesterday and now it got pushed out by some safety scrub, who knows with these things

ProgressProper7681

it's basically because posix shell came from old bourne shell and that thing was meant to be super minimal, adding arrays would have broke compatibility with every script written before

ProgressProper7681

neon's TTL is actually pretty nice for that, i set mine on 7 days and forgot about it

for vercel i just check the dashboard when i get the invoice email, not great but it works most times

the preview deploy cleanup is the one that gets me, i had like 40 branches from march sitting there until i manually deleted them last week

ProgressProper7681

Nonprofit volunteering is actually a solid move, I did something similar last year when I was in a weird career gap

Found a small animal shelter near me that had a website from like 2005, just offered to redo it for free. Took maybe 3 weekends and now I have an actual live project to show instead of just tutorial stuff. The people at the shelter were so happy they wrote me a reference letter too

You don't need to compete with the bachelor's degree crowd if you have real work to point at. Most of them are just applying with same generic portfolio projects anyway

ProgressProper7681

that ball looks like a watermelon and i love it, 22 attempts is dedication

ProgressProper7681

i applied for anthropic's thing last month with just a half broken prototype and 3 screenshots, fully expected to get ghosted but they actually replied like 2 weeks later with some credits. not a ton but enough to stop burning my own card for a bit

most of the cloud credit programs want you to have a company email and a pitch deck which is brutal when you're just one person trying stuff out

ProgressProper7681

this sounds exhausting, especially when everything else in the marriage is good and this one part keeps chipping away at you

the texture thing would stick with me too, like you showered and did everything right and still got that response, can imagine how that sits in your head after a while

not wanting to learn when you're literally offering to teach is a whole different problem than just being inexperienced

ProgressProper7681

That boot loop after a clean install is classic sign of drive dropping out mid-write. Seen it few times when the controller starts failing, it will appear fine for minutes then just vanish from the BIOS

The system password thing is weird though, that's not normal behaviour for a failing drive. Might be the motherboard got confused after the sudden shutdown you mentioned

I'd reseat the NVMe first, just take it out and put it back in firmly. Sometimes the connection gets loose and causes these intermittent detection issues. If that doesn't work, try a live USB with a disk check tool, but if BIOS can't even see it consistently then the drive is probably cooked
