You would think that towing in damaged aircraft would be the best case scenario and that they would have realized the importance of an emergency landing zone for their carriers.  I mean, there's no way they didn't have emergency landings in airfields.

TheCluelessDeveloper

Marcille doesn't realize that by bleeding the royalists, William sets himself up with an even higher numerical advantage with his plebian air corps when he goes for the power grab. A plebian air corps that will more than match the mainland invasion attempts.

TheCluelessDeveloper

Wait... So William is working on motherboards now? that's a crazy leap. The first motherboards came out in the 80s, well after transistors and it's miniaturization. He plans on building a GPS network or drones? Or both?

TheCluelessDeveloper

That's crazy. A fanatic religion that is so caught up in the mission that even the leaders are blindsided by what their sacrifice means for themselves.

TheCluelessDeveloper

Is there a map anywhere? One of the issues I have with these types of fiefdom political intrigue is envisioning the map that is integral to their political ambitions. Do you have something like that?

TheCluelessDeveloper

It's such a great way to write a story in 3rd person without being omniscient. There are things only Omega would know because he's seemingly everywhere, but he can't know everything, guessing what he can or just says he doesn't know.

TheCluelessDeveloper

Is there going to be a significant time jump or would we still be in the academy in book two?

TheCluelessDeveloper

Ha! You cheeky author you... Extra-Galactic threat. And it's a vanguard of all things. Sounds like there's an invasion coming with defeat of this vanguard.

TheCluelessDeveloper

I want to thank you for a wonderful journey. I had to go back and reread the whole thing and I still feel a bit empty knowing that there isn't going to be more for this series in a long while.

I have so many questions about the setting that feel left unanswered. But I look forward to the new worlds you plan on creating, too!

TheCluelessDeveloper

Dammit... guess I'm paying for patreon now...

TheCluelessDeveloper

Doesn't need to launch it. Only needs to setup the first fortress as a trap. Trigger the nuke when Shi's forces take it.

TheCluelessDeveloper

They mostly are these days, but they have stronger air-to-air capabilities. The F-18s has been the workhorse of the US Navy for decades since the decommissioning of the F-14s. They still comprise the majority of the US Navys airfleet, even with the addition of the F-35.

"According to the Ukrainian military, Russian missiles launched from the Black Sea crossed the borders of Moldova and Romania."

TheCluelessDeveloper

Term limits will fix that. Until the election process in the country gets fixed, I don't think a popularity contest is the way to go for the Supreme Court.

TheCluelessDeveloper

I wonder if TST can claim the pride flag as a religious symbol...

I want solar for my home but the math was just bad. For all the touted credits I earn and certificates I can sell my final bill comes to exactly what I'm paying on average for electricity now? And for 20 years? And without a battery? No thanks.

TheCluelessDeveloper

I've seen lots of F-16 flights recently over Springfield. This makes a bit more sense...

TheCluelessDeveloper

Looks like Papa John's. I think it might be deserved.

TheCluelessDeveloper

With fewer losses than Russia suffered in the first 6 months of Ukraine. Don't think it's a capability problem.

TheCluelessDeveloper

Never heard of StarCraft: Ghost, huh?

TheCluelessDeveloper

There's already carrier strike groups and amphibious ready groups well within the 1000km region in Japan. And according to USNI, there's 4 groups in or near the Philippine sea.

If China decides to militarily strike Taiwan, they will (or at least should) strike the carrier groups at the same time.

Homeless man wanted free food, shelter, and healthcare. Had to be intentional to only steal $100.

TheCluelessDeveloper

Right, and I wasn't saying the Russian casualties would be different, whether Ukraine fell back or not. The only deciding factor in what was a "more right" decision comes down to Ukraine's casualties compared to Russia's and whether that ratio would have differed if Ukraine fell back to more favorable terrain. And we don't have Ukraine's casualties to determine that.

TheCluelessDeveloper

We have no idea of Ukraine's casualty numbers to think in one way or another what was the right idea. It worked out in the end.

TheCluelessDeveloper

See, if those parties were to force anything on them, it wouldn't be a vaccination...
