I've used Configly for a I want to say about a month and a half. It's been a great help to me and my team. I am newer to Zendesk, and right now do not have the need for the bigger tier of ZD. So my team tried this out, and it's saved us a few times. Including the one time I deleted a trigger... like deleted deleted, and I was able to go and compare my old version to the new version in the tool and see what I did. Thankfully it wasn't an important trigger, but, well worth having it on the ready to compare what changed and why.

My husband is 5’4 and I love that little shit. He was so worried when we started talking about his height. I literally do not care.

Very kind of you!

I use intents for our instance. I made the intents as simple as possible to ensure there could be no misrouting. I’m at about a 92% rate where it routes correctly. I gave up on the actual agent because I literally couldn’t get it to stop not listening to prompts.
Anywho, I only use Omni channel with as few intents as possible to route to the right groups, I have it backed up where if the confidence score is certain things it will route to supervisors to look it over.

I lost my little guy last year to a ruptured growth on his spleen. I had taken him to my vet numerous times because he wasn’t eating properly and would only eat out of my hands.
He passed out and wet himself and I rushed him to the emergency vet. They did the ultrasound and the doctors face dropped, he said that he was appalled my vet didn’t catch it, and even if they did something like this isn’t really fixable.
He said my little guy wasn’t showing me any pain signals and was just eating for me, and he stayed this long for me, I about lost it. I made the decision to let him take the long sleep, he was 14 and my soul dog. If I had known prior I would have given him the best send off.
Whatever you choose know she loves you with all her heart, cherish each day with her.

When my husband first got out he was rated 40%, he got worse and we filed for an increase and they agreed and they bumped him to 60%. We fought it because he was still bad and after we filed again, they lowered it to 30%. We filed appeals, they said we didn’t, we opted for further review they said they lost it. I think the last communication was them saying they finally “found” our appeal from 8 months ago but stated it was too far out and still denied. We are now still fighting it after submitting for another increase. Hoping it goes better this time as we hired a service to help (please no comments on us using a service, we were at our wits end using the free ones offered) and hopefully it goes better this time. I won’t disclose the company we went through until we see results, just because I want to ensure it goes better this time and we don’t want to recommend them yet.
I’m sorry this is happening, it’s not easy. I can’t ever say I know what you’re going through, because I am not going through it. But I hope things get better for you.

I just did a few for some people on here. I’m not sure if the code will work, but should find out in about 30ish minutes!

Yes, every single time every owner I’ve ever sat for has left a card. In this case they had forgotten it this time, I still try to be backed up should something happen. I know in a lot of cases it’s not feasible, there were times emergency’s would happen with my own dogs and having the ease of a credit card wasn’t available, but I’ve learned from that.
No, it isn’t a normal business expense, but a sitter should be prepared should the worst happen. It’s why I myself am so scared to find a sitter, because I see stuff in this subreddit from other sitters that terrify me.
genericllamaaa
I am appalled at some of these comments. I sit on rover, and have for 5 years. I do it more for extra money; and I set my rates (very high).
Before every sit I get their vet, I research emergency vets near where I will be sitting. If I don’t have my car (my husband and I only have one) I make sure I have funds on my Uber account should an emergency happen.
The last sit I had an emergency did happen. I couldn’t get ahold of the owners (they were abroad) and I paid for my Uber, and was prepared to put the vet stay on my CareCredit. I was prepared for this because it’s my duty to act in the best interest of the animal, their owners are not there, and I am paid a premium to care for those animals as if they are my own, and take every precautionary measure to ensure their owners come back to animals that are alive.
I am so very sorry your mom is having to go through this. Nothing will ease this loss for her, and I hope you can give her a big hug from me, because I lost my little guy this year and I know the hole it leaves.
To the sitters out there saying Rover doesn’t pay enough for transportation, be responsible, have a plan as if it was your own animal, learn CPR, know different signs of distress, tuck away money in case you have to Uber/lyft. That is YOUR responsibility when you offer your services.
genericllamaaa
Rover will not cover any bills for you. Only if the dog got hurt.
I was mauled years ago (actually broke my wrist it was so bad) and rover did nothing, it was up to the owners to assist with paying (they didn’t).
This owner seems like a good bean and sounds like he will help you out.

I can post some later this evening!

Heya! Did you find the mug yet? I found a woman who has two of them!
