Rather than just CV or just RV, pop it in Hexenzikel or Akasha or Optimizer and look for the relative value of substats. Often Atk and EM are worth around 1/2-2/3 of crit. Not 1 like RV would imply, nor 0 like CV would imply.

You are mixing up Duration with Term. SGOV is 0-12 weeks Maturity (0.11 yrs avg as reported on their webpage), 0-12 weeks Duration (also 0.11 yrs as reported on their webpage), and 4-52 weeks Terms. Duration equals maturity since they have no coupons, otherwise, duration is a bit lower than maturity.

At C0 and sub-C6 Valeriy, not really. With C1 or C2 and C6 Valeriy, very good. His cons are better than getting Yae. Also the next beta may have some upscales for him.

Usually tbill markets are able to anticipate near term FOMC policy and rise in yield in the months before a hike. They don't wait to rise for the actual hike to happen unless it comes as a surprise. Yes, the SEC yield, which is calculated using the trailing 30 days of interest rather than the portfolio's current market YTM (which Blackrock also reports on their website gross of expenses as 4.01%), should rise as more time at that higher 4.11% rolls into the calculation window.

Another hike is expected at the December meeting and another in March, according to the Fed Funds futures market, so ≤3mo tbills held by SGOV will likely continue to rise in yield as those anticipated hikes draw closer.

Diona with Mizuki, Furnace on Traveler, QiQi with Sandrone and burst every rotation. You won't have full furnace uptime on either team but enough for the on-fielders.

PS Blade of Atonement requires triggering a reaction so you might want to switch to Mailed Flower or Tidal Shadow for more consistency. Or you can probably trigger it with just Yae Miko for aura if you do a wonky rotation.
