I could get this to go "back" a track using Amarok, but not forward. Spotify flatpak doesn't work although the volume control does. Using an MX Master 3 with Solaar.

I attempted to upgrade from the latest 25.03 beta and it froze on boot. I then had to restore the previous environment from the console. I have run all previous versions of pf+ on this box without issue and every other upgrade went smoothly.
I did not further diagnose, but the last message on screen was this:

I will agree that the Psalms should hold the principal place in the liturgy of the church. I mention the regulative principle as it also brings up another point of difference with the RPCNA, that of attending special worship services (Christmas, Easter etc.)
In our form of church government, the elders, as Christ's representatives on earth approve the liturgy including the songs to be sung and the call to worship. Arguing by a member against singing this song or that is arguing against their authority.
No one can complain that they dislike the lyrics because they are the word of God
Would you say the same about the song of Moses, Mary, Simeon etc.?
Hymns also unite us with the church universal and some have stood since the time of the church fathers. Our songbook was compiled through the wisdom of many counselors and to accuse believers throughout history of daring to pretend otherwise is quite a claim.
Do you only pray the Lord's prayer in your worship, or are your sermons only the reading of the Word? The creeds and confessions are also man-made documents, and although they do not hold the same authority as Scripture itself, they are useful for instruction and glorify God.

I've been having some lunchtime discussions on exclusive Psalmody with some former RPCNA members. Understanding your views on the regulative principle, do you consider paraphrases (what most of our english translated psalms are) inspired or a human composition?

Opensuse has a notice under the configure fingerprint authentication that logging into the system with your fingerprint is not yet supported. The whole thing is hit or miss for me. Registering sometimes works and verifying definitely doesn't.

Reddit made modding infinitely harder when they took away third party apps. I'm often not on my computer during the day and refuse to use the official app.

If it was a trinitarian baptism, it is already proper:
For this reason we believe that anyone who aspires to reach eternal life ought to be baptized only once without ever repeating it— for we cannot be born twice. Yet this baptism is profitable not only when the water is on us and when we receive it but throughout our entire lives. For that reason we detest the error of the Anabaptists who are not content with a single baptism once received and also condemn the baptism of the children of believers.

There are plenty of miticide options available in North America. Why not use what is most efficient for the season to minimize colony disturbance and workload?

It works best when the hive is broodless. Use something else at this time like formic pro if it's not too hot out.

The URC is a federation and not a denomination for good reason. Our church order also clearly specifies the duties of pastors and elders of which "visiting according to their need" belongs to elders. Funerals are also a family matter, and not subject to ecclesiastical government.
I suspect some of this has to do with elderly, stubborn Dutch immigrants who have to call "de dominie" with every concern.

From your other comments I know who you are talking about. The pastor recently completed his doctorate which involved travel. He's helped at a new church plant in BC and is mentored 3 interns which have in turn filled vacancies in other churches in our classis.
Most churches of that size would have 2 or more pastors and a bunch of staff. Even those that have abandoned the vesper service. So I would say his time away is reasonable.

Preparing two sermons a week plus pastoral care visits and church education really takes more time than a 40 hour work week. Additional breaks and vacation time to avoid burnout and stress isn't really out of line. BTW OP, visit Leduc 😉

When was he circumcised? Luke 2:21 Baptism has replaced circumcision. [HC 74]

I am also in favor, but am traveling this week, so I have to leave it in the hands of the other mods. Without RIF, it would be impossible to be remotely as responsive on spam and approving posts caught up by the auto mod. I won't install the official app or use anything other than old.reddit on the browser.

Are you running 9 or 10 frames in it? Was it drawn comb or foundation?
madapiarist
I would pull a frame of brood out of the strong hive and use it to requeen. Are there any disease issues present that the second one isn't progressing?
madapiarist
If you can't find the queen, you can still shake the bees out on the ground several feet away like I advised you yesterday. The workers will migrate back into the hive in a few hours and you can install a new queen. Your new photo shows larvae, so there's been a queen in the last 4-10 days.
madapiarist
Yes. To be sure, you can pinch the queen and shake the bees out a couple of feet away the day before you introduce the new queen. A bit of honey b healthy and syrup sprayed on the frames can help too. Release after 3 days.

Hymnary.org lets you sort by Scripture reference. Here it is for the TPH, starting from Psalm 1 and up. Or if you have a copy, you can use the amazing indices in the back to cross reference the hymn titles. You can also sort by tune if you want to find a familiar song that may also have lyrics based on a Psalm.

You have a drone layer. Find and pinch her. Introduce a new queen with a frame of eggs from another colony if you have one. Scrape off the cell.

This congregation can no longer continue as an instituted congregation of the Canadian and American Reformed Churches and will become independent in a few months. And the pastor is moving to Ontario.
The ui to save a global theme is unclear. I can save it, but where to and how do I recover it after switching?
It's also confusing that your installed themes don't appear under the Global themes system setting. Unless that is just how Tumbleweed has it configured.
