Swap e Data or Janeway in place of Chen.

sadosmurf

Phlox is probably your best bet. At tier 2 he has a 50% enemy critical chance reduction.

It's a travesty that we don't have Moogie. That Ferengi had the lobes for business.

sadosmurf

Mantis for sure. The borg cube is a lackluster ship at best.

The syndicate xp you get from the mantis refinery is worth its weight in gold.

They're also used for missions and reward for an sms and sms.

You still get shards though, but bonus ones.

The battle pass you do want to buy should be available on Tuesday.

sadosmurf

If your Franklin is maxed already then you should be scrapping it and getting the Franklin A.

sadosmurf

Be forewarned, they're a lot harder to kill, but so much more rewarding.

Pike, Moreau, and E-data is surprisingly effective for a bridge crew. Below deck go for Paris, Hugh, Odo.

Mitigatio is great, but killing them fast also works wonders.

sadosmurf

Yes, you are no longer able to go below 10 million fed rep.

sadosmurf

During sms events. The SLB events get crazy.

sadosmurf

You will until someone kills you or your tail.

sadosmurf

I have one of their phones and the service isn't bad. T-mobile is the actual carrier their phones work on, so it will depend on their service where you are.

sadosmurf

Whatever research needs them in the future that you haven't finished. I'm level 45 and still have tons of rare 3* mats.

Eventually you'll use them for ships that you''ll max and immediately scrap.

sadosmurf

About the only ships you need to focus on at level 39 are faction miners because you're about to need a whole lot of 4* materials.

sadosmurf

No, that's actually lag and it's putting two kills together in the same popup.

sadosmurf

The cube is meh at best until you get a tier 6 Kelvin or equivalent and then it gets upgraded to not too bad.

sadosmurf

In your shoes I would definitely get a Voyager. I'm not completely f2p, but spend very little myself.

End of arc store has been a godsend to avoid horrible grinds. I got my Defiant, Mantis, Meridian plus about half of my Dvor Feesha and Monaveen from the store.

Just be forewarned that a Voyager will devour every scrap of tritanium you have. That's not meant to discourage you, more to let you know to go ahead and start raiding bases now.

I'm not Canadian, but I think Venmo is US only.

Canada has a very tightly regulated financial system, so much so that even Revolut isn't available in most parts and they service almost every part of the globe.

sadosmurf

I'm not entering. Cash App is only available in the US and UK to the best of my knowledge. I think paypal is the only option Canadians have for transferring money internationally.

sadosmurf

There are also usually new bugs to replace the old ones.

sadosmurf

It's available using Federation credits. Blueprints are 200 credits each.

sadosmurf

That mission will only get you 5 Saladin blueprints and only if you side with the Federation.

It's also part of a mission chain so you can't just go find it.

sadosmurf

I would suggest churning along and doing your daily and weekly events with whatever ship works best.

The important part is that you keep getting frequency modulators and doing upgrades to the ship along with the Franklin research. At some point your Franklin will work better than your other ships, but it's a particularly ugly grind.

Test out your Vidar for swarms though since it has much larger protected cargo. People getting close to a Franklin A will happily jack your cargo.
