something else you could do basing-wise to sell the heaviness is have his planted foot sunk into the earth a bit, making a big footprint. could look really great with that (already fantastic) pose!

honestly the best stained glass i've seen; well done! it really looks straight out of an old cathedral, very "old" looking glass
softlyfalling
wow, that's fantastic; what paint is that chrome?
softlyfalling
i've definitely had that same problem. what ended up working for me was switching to a more desaturated, pale green. gives them a much more somber look/feel

chonky boi is great, also a big fan of the basing. looks like volcanic rock/asteroid, and doesn't distract too much from the star of the show :D

I'm looking to get rid of:
- 2x hardwarelabs nemesis GTX 240 radiators
- 1x hardwarelabs nemesis GTX 360 radiator
- 1x hardwarelabs nemesis GTS 240 radiator
- 1x hardwarelabs nemesis GTS 360 radiator
- 1x hardwarelabs nemesis M92 radiator
They're all in good condition (no leaks, fins are all in good shape) . $150 + shipping for the lot, or flat $150 if you wanna pick them up in San Francisco, CA. Message me for pics of the rads if you're interested.

Studio Monitors are are speakers, yes

... arrows pointed up and down ...
the arrows are pointed toward (in) and away (out) from the ports

I honestly don't get it; this is like taking your Ducati out for a grocery run. You could put that audio to better use literally anywhere else in your house/apartment
softlyfalling
Nope, that fan's in push. Taller standoffs are a good idea regardless, though.

ls50s as PC speakers... you monster

can confirm, water looks like that unfiltered
softlyfalling
Nope, no one said Thermaltake.

That's funny, I was gonna suggest going the other direction and removing the light strip up top. I'm curious how it'd look with just the ram, the monoblock, and the reservoir lighting the case. I'm a sucker for the look of tubes fading into the dark, though.

if i'm understanding your runs, there's no flow to your processors (cpu/gpu) because your res completes the loop without them. thicker arrow line in the res shows what i mean
.
edit: to be clear, your pump's pressure is not the problem. your fluid is going to find the path of least resistance and flow that way. as your loop is now, that means U-turning in the res and skipping your waterblocks altogether.

yeah, it's great glass. only comes in one length (1500mm) and you just pick how many pieces you want. just a heads up: they'll cut the glass in half for you to save on shipping unless you ask them not to.
softlyfalling
ahhhhh, i think i get what you're saying now; rad on top of fans but both still inside the case, not rad and fans sandwiching the case bottom. yeah that makes sense. definitely better than the fans on top, but i think fans outside underneath would have been my next choice if i weren't doing push/pull

you're probably right. but i had to drain the loop and take out the card to get to those fans anyway, so i'm onto my next project :D

i'm picky af, and probably have a much lower tolerance for noise than most people. the heatkiller gpu block is a little thicker than EK's, so that plus the hwlabs (also a bit thicker than EK SE) could mean the scythe 12mm fans just aren't up to the task at low RPM. the 2700x is a fairly hot chip, too.

here are some pics of the mounting bracket modifications and the holes i drilled/tapped through the front side (including one fuckup hole :P). it's a big bracket, so i had to cut off about a 1/3 of one side and grind it down so it'd sit flush despite straddling an extra layer toward the corner, and a few rivet points
softlyfalling
yeah, no chance in hell either of those were fitting with the hwlabs rad. i hate cords sticking out off the front of my case anyway so it wasn't a tough decision for me

haha thanks! getting the 92 in there felt like a japanese wood puzzle. there was a specific order of events that had to happen for it to work
maybe read the room and realize this very much so belongs here
