Costco sells pre-cut chicken cutlets in a 10 lb bag. They're thin enough to cook directly from frozen either on the grill or in a pan.

Pull from freezer, put in preheated pan with some neutral oil in the bottom (1-2 tbsp not a ton) and cover and cook on medium heat until the cutlets give off their water. Remove lid and cook on medium-medium high until water evaporates, flipping occasionally. I usually season during this stage.

Once water evaporates, cook on medium high until cutlets are browned to your liking, checking temperature with a probe occasionally. Lower heat and cover with lid if internal temp is still too low and cutlets are already browned to your liking. Once chicken is cooked to 155 or so, remove to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Perfectly juicy cutlets to be used in all applications. Takes about 15-25 minutes depending on the thickness of what you're cooking.

There's a ton riding on it. It's not like it matters in the grand scheme if you mess up a group like The Eternals, but the X-Men are going to be front and center for the next several phases at least.

In addition Thunderbolts was very good, even if people didn't turn out for it, and F4 was pretty good too. Spidey was obviously good too although that's more a Sony project. Loki was also very good. The recent track record has been pretty good quality outside of Sam Wilson as Cap. It's not like they're consistently churning out shit any more like they were on Disney+ for a bit. There's a lot of reasons to be hopeful that they won't mess up X-Men.

She's playing Rogue, one of the most important X-Men. She's going to be a member of the main cast. She's not going to be a side girlfriend like she would most likely be in Heat 2.

The book is great. The show is amazing. The changes made in the show involving Kirsten and Jeevan and Frank really added to things from the book in a positive way.

It says clearly on all the packaging in multiple places that it must be had with at least 8oz of water per serving. Mixing it into a gel 3x a day and not drinking the requisite amount of water with it each time is a recipe for disaster. There's nothing wrong with psyllium if you're trying to increase your fiber. But outside of that it's not really meant for volume eating anyways. There are better alternatives rather than resorting to using a fiber supplement if you're just trying to create bulk and filling foods.

The book Midnight in Chernobyl does a great job of breaking all this down and how such a failure like this could be possible, along with the human failures in the wake of the disaster that delayed the response.

Don't let them play it at all, even supervised. It's a cesspool for predators. My kids have never played this and never will.

Also, Ted was about to quit after that, so it was mostly a moot point. Pete Campbell was absolutely pissed about what happened, but Cutler wanted to keep Ted around to have someone to vote with to control the direction of the company. Ted only stayed because McCann wanted him and Don to be part of the deal.

Gotta push through. The hunger pangs come and go. I find if I push past the first big one each day, I can go hours beyond that no problem.

Also, having consistency is key. Your body expects food when you tend to eat. If I am consistent in not starting to eat until 1PM each day, eventually, my hunger pangs start to come later around 1PM.

Jesus, this is crazy. Emma is giving an incredible performance this season, better than anything they've done so far in the first two seasons, and the best on this show by far.

If you like Analog Horror and have any interest in Backrooms style content, you will like this book. It's well worth it at this price or at any reasonable price. It took me a while to finally pick it up but once I did I could not stop reading it until it was done.
