Having a weird issue. When I open my steam app at home, whether connected to the wifi or not, it somehow knows I'm home and signs my into steam automatically. When I open the app away from home, it asks me to scan a QR code to sign in. But obviously I can't do that, because I'm not at home. But then when I go home, it signs me in automatically so I no longer need the QR code once I have access to it. What is the deal? I used to use my steam app away from home all the time to check the store, purchase games, etc etc and now I can't do anything.

It just wasn't well-received because it didn't have Michael, so they went back on their decision after that movie. But it was the plan to have every Halloween movie be it's own standalone thing starting with 3.

No chance he's dead. Just like Law and the Heart Pirates. He's coming back strong in Elbaph or the next arc. There's more to Kid than we know, for sure. I am expecting a big revelation when he reunites with the Straw Hats. Particularly interested in seeing how him and Lilith interact.
