I'm a student too & I think you're better off starting your own business by making things or offering services you enjoy doing (or at least are good at), instead of overpricing cards like I assume you are doing. I'm decent at drawing &, although it isn't remotely close to minimum wage, I found art several commissioners & won money way faster than it took me to get ONE interview for a paid internship to continue my HND (after I've made more than 2,000 applications, not even joking, you're dead if you're young AND a racial minority).

It's not even for the sake of the Pokémon TCG that I tell you that, I genuinely think the youth should stop killing itself over old grumpy bosses who don't want young people to succeed in life. They do not want to employ you ? Then be your own boss & do your best, it feels incredibly rewarding & is way more stable than relying on selling second-hand items.

If you've listed the phone recently & are getting a lot of interactions, do not reserve. You're losing chances to have an actual sale (& for the price you've asked). This exact thing happened to me 2 days ago & the "buyer" ghosted me.

Honestly, what happened to me 2 days ago is what pushed me to put low-ballers back to their place in the language they understand. I guess I am one of those "mean" sellers now (& I'm happy with it, it's not like they'll buy my stuff anyway).

There was this """buyer""" (who also happens to be a pro seller) who made me lose my time taking pictures of a keychain & asking a bunch of questions only to low-ball me later. I said no & accepted a more reasonable offer. Then she proceed to ask if I could put it on hold because she get paid tomorrow (blablabla, we all know the drill at this point). The next day, 10 PM & radio silence although she has been online..
