Curious what makes you say this. I just recently had my first ever experience with Mini and it surprised me how well it drives. Front suspension was a bit too harsh for speed bumps, but otherwise felt very good.

I would def add back seats and ventilated seats, those seem no brainer.

Personally I would definitely not do the blue chrono, but if that makes you happy, it's not expensive either. I would also not spend money on Sport Chrono at all and skip PASM too, but I think that is probably a more polarizing opinion.
