It has nothing to do with AI, I built an app with Claude and submitted a week ago. It was approved today with 5 IAPs and no rejection. Just follow the guidelines and stop looking for who to blame

Think of it this way:

When you send Claude your first message, a countdown timer starts at 5 hours. You also get 1000 tokens to use.

If you use all of your 1000 tokens before the 5 hours, you have to wait until the timer hits zero to get 1000 more.

So she sends one message at 8am, timer starts. Three hours later, when she actually starts working, the timer only has 2 hours left. So she can spend 999 tokens in 2 hours then get a fresh 1000.

(If she didn't do this, and spent 1000 tokens in 2 hours, she'd have to wait 3 more hours to get more tokens)
