IOS 16.2 Focus bug, do not disturb propagates to all devices despite sharing disabled.

I am sorry for the shitty pictures. I have three phones using the same apple Id. I don't want focus status propagated between them. It is disabled in the settings, but any focus change is immediately propagated across my devices. How to raise with Apple?

I doubt Apple cares about 16.2 bugs, given that 16.3 came out last week.
